GUARANTEE
The quality guarantee period of BOTEM products is written on the packaging box of the product. When requesting A/S, be sure to submit documents proving the date of purchase.
OFF-LINE
Products purchased at offline stores, such as discount stores and department stores, can be repaired at the place of purchase.
ON-LINE
For A/S for products purchased through home shopping and online shopping malls, please contact the customer center of the place of purchase.
